Photos of Chihuly Glass

Friday has always been my favorite day because it kicks off the weekend, but lately I’ve enjoyed it for another reason.  Yep…#FriFotos on Twitter.  It gives me the motivation to seek out photo opportunities.  Or if I don’t have time, as is the case this week, it allows me to share some past photos that are just screaming to get posted online.

This week’s #FriFotos theme is COLORFULIn January, I visited the Tacoma Museum of Glass.  A permanent (and free because it’s outside) exhibit is Chihuly’s Bridge of Glass.  His glass work is amazing, but the colors really bring it to life.  I hope you enjoy.

    • These are taken from below. The glass is part of the ceiling of the bridge. It is quite difficult to get photos of these pieces. Over-all I’m pretty happy with the results.
